Reply to the email id sales@cleanandgreendeals.com the CAGD order no, the payment transaction details and your delivery address with Pin Code and ensure availability (Mon - Sat between 11 am to 6 pm) to recieve the courier/speed post
On receipt of the payment, it would normally take 8-10 days to delivery the items by courier/speed post

WARRANTY
CAGD - Clean and Green Deals (dealers of Industrial Electronic & Allied Products) is glad to offer warranty on Diamond (registered trade mark) brand Blood Pressure Instrument, on following terms & conditions.
We offer the warranty on the instrument for a period of twelve months from the date of purchase. The company will repair or replace free of cost at its discretion all parts of the Blood Pressure Instrument, except glass & rubber parts and electronic components. This warranty is valid only if the company is satisfied that the defects are due to materials used and/or faulty workmanship. Improper usage or handling will not entitle a free repairing/replacement of the instrument/parts.
Conditions:
NO WARRANTY ON GLASS, RUBBER PARTS, ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS.
1. The warranty will automatically terminate on the expiry of the 12 months period, even if the Blood Pressure Instrument may not be in use for any time for any reason, whatsoever.
2. Repairs or replacement of parts under this warranty will be carried out by the company or by our approved service dealers. You will need to inform dealer the CAGD order number to email sales@cleanandgreendeals.com, and on confirmation from CAGDand send the items by courier / speed post to Clean and Green Deals, 248 Narayan Peth, Pune 411030
3. Return :For the products under Warranty, All expenses incurred in sending or collecting the Blood Pressure Instrument or its parts, to and fro, from the company/approved service dealer will be borne by the purchaser of the Blood Pressure Instrument.
4. The warranty extended is in lieu of all implied conditions and warranties under the law and is confined to repairs OR replacement of the defective parts only, and does not cover any consequential or resulting liability damages or loss. Furthermore, this warranty in no case shall extend to payment of any monetory consideration or replacement or return of the Blood Pressure Instrument as a whole.
5. The Warranty is void if:
a) The instrument is tampered with, modified, or if an attempt is made to repair partially/ fully by any unauthorised person.
b) Any damage is caused during transit by accident, fire or misuse.
c) The original serial number is removed, obliterated or altered from the Blood Pressure Instrument.
Protect your warranty by mailing the attached warranty counterfoil directly to the company.
